Claudia Moseley and Edward Shuster are conceptual artists working in sculpture and installation. Their practice explores the nature of perception and embodiment, investigating light-time, technological mediation and the instrumentation of optics and geometry.
Specially commissioned for 40 Portman Square, the artists’ unique installation of Antiprisms are conceived as future relics - imagining the remnants of our technological age, reflecting and manipulating light and exploring how surveillance technologies influence our experience of reality. The artists’ have hand made each unique prism from hand cut float glass that is bonded into precise geometry.
